Dreamweaver is good, I think Justin has some good tutorials to get you started, also there are some good templates available as well.

thank you, yes i like dreamweaver, i only have the 30day demo, i have 27 days left. i like to get just 3 sites built and i hope i can get paid something to purchase dreamweaver, i wont make anything till i can close the deal. i'm likeing dreamweaver and powerpoint, its fun to use, and getting easier,. send me them links, please. video tutorials help out allot. i been doing what i can find on youtube and adobe.com

so far i have learned how to make pages, and hyper links. photos.
i need to learn how to add some tabs, templates as u mentioned. and pop up videos.
and im learning powerpoint2010,. :-) i love them both.

i really like to get a site up like youtube, but with a little twist. i dont know about anyone here, but youtube is losing their edge. my home page is looking like a 5th grader putting it together.

Get your hand on as many tuts as you can, take a look at some templates at templatemonster, and I'd also study a little SEO.
