But I might as well answer a few questions here...

If you're looking to revive an old download page that expired from a purchase that wasn't that recent, you can go here... How to Find Old Orders. Thats a nifty self-service method for looking up old orders.

For newer (recent) orders, if you've just made a purchase and didn't find your download email, its almost always in the Junk or Bulk folder of your inbox. One big exception to this is Yahoo. Their mail servers will often bounce back emails entirely (trust me, I get copies of their mis-delivery reports). So if you ordered using a Yahoo address, be sure to email us right away, and we'll forward over a copy of the download email.

Also keep in mind, the post-purchase download emails are just one of two ways you get access to the downloads. With Paypal, if you order by credit card, you'll get sent to the download page right after completing the purchase.

And remember, echecks always take 4 days to clear. They are just like physical checks, so its not an immediate purchase. When the check does clear, that triggers Paypal to initiates Payloadz.com to send over the download links. ( Payloadz.com handles all our file delivery, and they are an excellent company. Check 'em out )
